House Rules
- We have a strict rule that guests are not to invite additional guests to join them during their stay. If there is a particular event (ie. you are attending a wedding, photoshoot etc) please discuss this prior to ensure the arrangement is acceptable.
- Guests agree with and acknowledge that there are strict NSW Government public health orders, protocols, policies and procedures in place which change, without notice during the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic.
- An early check-in will not be available during high seasons, public holidays, long weekends or during the global pandemic.
- A late check-out will not be available during high seasons, public holidays, long weekends or during the global pandemic.
- Guests agree to be responsible for their wellbeing and that of their group at all times whilst in residence.
- We ask all guests to wipe their feet before entering the house and to avoid slipping especially on days where the weather is inclement and when they leave the pool area to enter the house and that children refrain from running in the house with wet feet.
- All guests agree to be completely responsible for their wellbeing and that of their group, including children when consuming alcohol. If there is any disorderly behaviour the authorities will be called.
- Guests agree that the consumption of illicit / recreational / prescription drugs and their paraphernalia is NOT permitted on any part of the property.
- The focus is on families relaxing at the Chalet. The décor is discerning, the pool is superb and the views spectacular. There are pool toys and towels within the chalet.
- We ask that all guests repect the chalet and look after it while in residence. We do not charge a cleaning fee however, we do provide bins for you to discard of rubbish.
- NO SMOKING, NO VAPPING or use any associated paraphernalia at the Chalet. If you must smoke during your stay we ask guests to please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and, strongly encourage guests to bring their own ashtray. Please refrain from flicking butts in the gardens, on the lawn, in the pool or on pool deck during your stay particularly during a TOTAL FIRE BAN.
- The whole property runs on an enviro-cycle system. We ask guests to refrain from disposing of food scraps down the sink. The grease trap located outside the kitchen window from time to time, releases a pugnent odour as a result. Everything that goes down the sink ends up on our garden. Our plumber will not be happy if he is called out to do an emergency service. We ask guests to NOT flush feminine hygiene products, condoms or any other PPE products, nappies, make up wipes, flushable wipes, paper towels, hair, tissues food or oils down any drain or sink.
- We also ask guests to refrain from allowing their children to play under the grey water at the end of the purple hose located on the lawn in the high garden above the stairs.
